Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Terms and Conditions:

Reselling our products:

Pricing of the Products - the wholesaler shall not attempt to sell the Products below the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) unless such sales are a part of any limited short-term promotional program and permitted by the Company in writing.

Please note, it is strictly forbidden to split all our packages of MyoTape for resale.

It is not permitted for Wholesale Customers to sell MyoTape on Amazon (including Marketplace) in any capacity across all global jurisdictions along with eBay and Walmart.

'MyoTape Limited' and 'Oxygen Research Institute' retain sole proprietary rights for selling across Amazon platforms and are the sole official sellers of our product across all Amazon Global Marketplaces.

Domain Names That Use Our Brand Names:

Brand-name domains are not permitted across any jurisdiction:  You may not register, purchase, or use any domain or sub-domain that contains “Myotape,” “Oxygen Advantage,” or “Buteyko Clinic” (or anything confusingly similar) to market, advertise, or sell our products.

Use of our brand-names on your site: It is permitted to feature our brand names as part of the following: standard product listings, blog posts, and educational pages that reference the brands.  Please use the ™ or ® symbol where appropriate.

If these rules are broken: We may suspend or terminate your wholesale account.

Payment Options:

For your first wholesale order, payment upfront is required. *All orders have a minimum order

US: $295 / EU: €250 / GBP: £215 / AUS: $440.

Payment terms for repeat customers are 30 days from receipt of invoice which will be automated.  The currency you must order in is dictated by your geographic location.

Please note that our prices exclude VAT. For EU orders, a VAT number, which is valid for cross border transactions within the EU, is required.  The VAT number checker is: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation

Otherwise, VAT will be added to your invoice. 

SHipping & Fulfilment

Orders will be processed within 3-4 working days and you will be forwarded on tracking details if requested.  Regarding shipping, you will be given an option of carrier, timeframe and cost.

International Duties & Taxes

You will need to check your customs regulations, as sometimes there are duties, taxes or fees due especially with UK Customs due to Brexit.  These duties, taxes, or fees are solely the responsibility of the Wholesaler.

Changes to Wholesale Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions that govern our wholesale relationships at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, return policies or any other part of our wholesale process.
