Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable domestic and international shipping via the following carriers: An Post, DHL, DPD and FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your package. 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Ireland via An Post and DPD
  • United Kingdom & Europe via DPD, DHL Express, and FedEx
  • International (including USA, Canada, Australia, Asia) via DHL Express and FedEx

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OxyWholesale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@oxywholesale.com. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
