Returns Policy:

Wholesale orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns or cancellations except in cases of damaged or defective goods, or errors on our side of the business. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Orders placed through this portal are for business customers only and are not covered by consumer protection laws, including the EU 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
